The Design Consultation Process includes the following steps:-
Initial Meeting - The Initial meeting is held with the client to understand their requirements and vision for the space. We survey the space, take measurements and photographs to document our report.
Initial Proposal – A study of the space is conducted and after extensive research into the given requirement, the Initial Proposal is created. The layout reflects the space plan and solutions to any space related problems. The concept for the space is discussed in-depth and how we are going to apply it to the given space is observed. This is where the client will assess whether our vision for the space is in line with their expectations. Our design fee along with details of the services we offer is also presented at this stage.
Design, Drawings & Details- Once the contract is signed we begin the process of giving shape to our concept. Scale, proportion, colour, & light are some of the factors we consider while creating all the detailed drawings required to implement the concept.
Colour combinations & Product sourcing- Materials are specified at this stage, individual products are sourced from reliable vendors.
Implementation – We offer project management services at an additional fee. Here we oversee the execution of the design from creating bill of quantities, examining quotations to finalizing the contractors, ordering the materials, preparing time lines, managing the funds and authorizing the payments. We prepare snag lists before the final handover as we believe attention to detail is crucial to the success of any project.
